Refund policy

SHIPPING:

All orders ship from Texas. Please allow a few days to process your order. We process orders Monday-Friday until 5pm, excluding holidays. 

Orders are generally shipped within 2-4 days using UPS and USPS. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Canadian orders ship via FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. All applicable duties and import taxes are included in your total at checkout — there are no additional charges collected on delivery.

At this time, we do not ship outside of US and Canada, but have big plans to go global in the future. Sign up for the international waitlist here.

REFUND POLICY: 

We want you to have the best experience with Hayati. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping issues, please email us at hello@hayatigoods.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include a photo of the issue - super helpful for reporting.

If you're not happy with your za'atar, email hello@hayatigoods.com within 30 days of delivery with feedback and we'll refund you the product price. Shipping will not be refunded. 

Because of food safety and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened products, or if you decide the product isn’t to your taste. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for giving us a try.
